Heating Instructions
Preheat oven to 180 degrees
Cocktail Pies | Chilled 10-12 minutes Frozen 12-15 minutes |
Puff pies | Chilled 15- 20 minutes Frozen 20-25 minutes |
Family pie | Chilled 30-40 minutes Frozen 35-40 minutes |

Freezing Instructions
Our products can be frozen for up to 6 months, we do not recommend you freeze pork pies as they are not the same when defrosted (pastry tends to be soft).
Pork Pie
A pork pie is traditionally eaten at room temperature, so we recommend you take your pork pie out of the fridge 20 minutes before you eat it. Accompaniments could be Branston Pickle, Colemans mustard(any mustard really), mayo or relish.
Fruit Mince Pies
We produce Fruit mince pies from the middle of November to the end of December. We recommend that you keep them in an airtight container in a cool place. We do not recommend the fridge as the pastry will become soft as it gets to room temperature.
